Treats

Tonight we enjoyed a sweet night full of many fun treats.  

We gathered together a small group of our friends, and headed out together to enjoy the evening.

*Writing this post made me remember my all time favorite costume that I made for Christian.  After digging through my files, I found a picture of it that I had to share.  

Back to tonight...  In keeping with our usual tradition, Christian joined up with his very best friend.  They've played together since they were both in diapers, and when they were three, our families started trick or treating together and have continued every since.

This year was also super fun as we were able to join up with some other amazing friends too.

Who knew Darth Vader's family was so adorable?

The kids were fun this year.  They were all at an age, where running was the best mode of transportation.

And this little friend was just so amazed each time he ran up to a house and received candy.  It was one of the cutest things I've ever seen :)

Our Ellee was a trooper this year.  She kept up with all the kids, and was so excited by all of the treats that she collected.

And Christian was so sweet when he ran up to Mom to deliver one of her favorite candies.  

 It was a pretty memorable evening.  We completed our fun night by having dinner with our amazing friends at the Diner.  It's times like these that I'm filled with gratitude for the beautiful friends that God has blessed our family with.  Relationships are the important things in life, and spending time all together is one of the best possible ways to spend time.
