Stream of Consciousness

This week we will celebrate this beautiful girl's 5th birthday.

She is quite possibly the sweetest thing that has ever happened in my entire life.  I can't wait to share more about the 5 beautiful years that she has blessed us with.

In a fun turn of events, my parents are traveling out to see us!  It could be because I did my very best to guilt them into it... and it could also be because they love their grandkids who have also been begging to see them.  Either way, I'm looking forward to having them with us for a good part of the week.

Life continues to be as busy as ever.  There are just so many good things about it though, so for the most part, I'm good to go with it.  And the times I'm not, a little nap and a little chocolate does wonders.  My Women's Book Study will be meeting this week again at our home.  I'm so excited to get together with these amazing women and talk through Chapter 2, Content with Circumstances.  Isn't this a beautiful thing that we could all use in our lives?  

About a month ago, I bought a Ninja Kitchen System Blender.  I'm a sucker for infomercials.  I can be talked into thinking that I need just about anything with those informercials.  However, I'm pleased to announce that the Ninja was a worth while investment.  I literally use it everyday and have perfected the art of the Strawberry Pina Colada smoothie.  It's definitely a keeper.
