Giants

Tonight we had a Football party to watch the Giants play the 49ers in the NFC Championship.

We invited kids from our TAG group along with our College and Career Group.  They came bearing delicious snacks, including these amazing brownies topped with the Giants logo.  

We had a great night hanging out all together.

And cheering for the Giants of course.

Those who weren't quite into the whole football game found other ways to amuse themselves.

Ellee was delighted to have some friends spend some time coloring with her.

And there were plenty of great conversations going on too.

When it came down to overtime and winning field goal...

We were all pretty excited to see the Giants take home the win.

While not a huge football fan (I literally failed the football test that we took in gym class in high school, and still to this day do not quite get the game), I am a fan of getting together, eating fun food and cheering on a great team.  It's extra fun to cheer for the G-Men as we're somewhat New Yorkers, and we will definitely be looking forward to cheering them on in the Superbowl.
