A Good Day for Baking

Today was a good day for baking.  So, I baked.  

I dug through the cupboards to find this container of Hershey's Cocoa.  On the back is a delicious recipe for "Perfectly Chocolate" chocolate cake.  I didn't quite feel like making a big cake, so I opted for cupcakes instead.

 I also used their recipe for "Perfectly Chocolate" chocolate frosting.

In the end, I had 12 adorable "Perfectly Chocolate" chocolate cupcakes.  Honest though, there are now only actually 10, because Christian and I had to taste test them.  They turned out perfectly.

Besides that, today was a pretty good day.  I subbed at the preschool this morning and got to hang out with a fun group of three and four year olds.  This afternoon, I placed an order at Vitacost.com, because I received a $10 coupon and goodness knows I love a good $10 off.  I ended up getting Kids Shampoo and Organic Kid's Bubble Bath.  I also got two tea bag samples for free.  Granted, I don't drink tea, but I have friends that do.
