Beautiful People

I was so incredibly blessed to be able to shoot a session with these two wonderful, beautiful people a few weeks ago.  

I met them both fairly recently, but it's one of those things, where I feel like I've known them forever.

So, from my somewhat limited interactions, I just have so much to say, and so much to share about these two.  First off, both of them are just incredibly beautiful people.  As a photographer, I just love working with beautiful, photogenic couples.  But for them, it's more than just outward beauty.  It was so evident, that they posses the kind of beauty that radiates from the inside out.  

Secondly, I just love and appreciate both of them so much, as both have served our country in the United States Armed Forces.  I am so very thankful for the men and women who serve in our military and dedicate their lives to defending our nation and our freedoms. 

 It was also a very meaningful session, as one of them main reasons for having their pictures taken is because Chris is leaving to serve overseas for the next year.  

I was thankful to be able to spend some time with them to capture these memories right before he left.

And as we walked all over Kahler's pond, I was touched to see how precious their relationship was.  

In every interaction, every hand hold

every hug

Every shot, there was love.  Deep, strong, powerful love.

And though I know that this next year will possess it's challenges for this amazing couple, I also know that their love will drive them forward.  They have an amazingly wonderful love for each other, and also this amazingly powerful love for God too.  

It will be my prayer that God will richly bless and protect them in their time apart.  And that by this time next year, they will be back together, in each other's arms, continuing on with the amazing love that they share between them.
