Every Thursday night throughout the school year, we do the same thing that we've done for the past almost nine years... we hang out with High School students.
We started right after we had gotten married. We met the most amazing group of students and purposed in our hearts to use this ministry to love them and to point them to Jesus.
Each week, we hang out, play a few games, worship, have a lesson and then meet in small groups.
It's been amazing to see these students grow and change over the years. The students that we first started out with, are now graduating college. We're blessed to still see many of them throughout the year.
We love doing what we do.
Because these kids are not just your everyday, ordinary students.
They are each Amazing
Beautiful
Wonderful
Creations of God.
And He has a plan
And a purpose
For each and every one of them.
And we get to be there for them.
We get to encourage them.
We get to love them.
And we get to point them to Christ.
And all in all, it's a pretty amazing way to spend a Thursday Night.
