Once Upon a Time...

Once upon a time, this sweet boy was in Preschool.

He attended Over the Rainbow Preschool, and he absolutely loved it.

He learned all sorts of good things and had a great time with all of his friends.

Fast forward a few years and now that sweet boy is in Second Grade.  Since his school was closed on Friday, he came and helped his Mama when she filled in at his old Preschool.  He read a book to the preschoolers during story time and it was so fun to see him, all grown up.

When he wasn't helping me, he hung out with a few of the other older kids who were also at the Preschool that day.

Even though I was subbing for one of the other teachers, I got to catch a few glimpses and get a few pictures of Ellee girl with her fiends.  

We had a great day and it's hard to imagine that the school year is getting close to being over.

Today we enjoyed a lazy Saturday morning, and then headed out to get a few errands done.  I made a stop at Savers, where Ellee picked up this treasure for $2.99.

It was a cute little Barbie bathtub that "really worked."  

So she and her brother had a fun and entertaining afternoon cleaning up all of their toys.

It was quite certainly $2.99 well spent.
