This afternoon, Christian and Ellee enjoyed a summer rite of passage.
Upon hearing the familiar tunes of our neighborhood ice-cream truck, their generous Daddy handed them some cash and they were allowed to go and pick their very own ice-cream treat.
Both passed up on actual ice-cream in favor of Scribblers popsicles. And then, in the warmth of this beautiful day, they happily enjoyed their frozen treats.
Summer is definitely just around the corner, and we couldn't be more excited. Beach days, time with friends and many delicious summer treats are very much in store for our family. Hope you all enjoyed this beautiful day too!
