Wednesdays, as I've mentioned before, are our beach days. The kids and I spend the early afternoon with friends down by the bay (at some point, my goal will be to post pictures from our wonderful play dates at Webbys). After that, I managed to squeeze in a Cross Training class at the gym. It was challenging, but amazing. I'm definitely a big fan of my gym and have really enjoyed taking some pretty amazing classes there. Moving along, this evening, we headed out with a group of our youth group students for TAG at the beach.
In a fun turn of events, one of our students who spent the last month in Germany brought back a friend who will be spending the next month here. It was pretty fun getting to know him, and it turns out, he's a photographer too.
Thankfully our kids can never quite get enough of the beach.
Ellee had a fun time hanging out with her beautiful friend Emily.
Emily is pretty amazing.
We all love her very much.
We also love the other amazing kids that we get to hang out with each week.
They inspire us and make us love what we do.
It was an amazing evening.
Part of me wished that I could be this person, and just hang out and enjoy the view.
But all in all, I'm thankful that I got to spend the evening
Encouraging our youth group students to live lives that are rich towards God. Tonight we talked about being rich when it comes to how we spend our time.
We talked about making the most of every opportunity, and honoring God with the things that we do.
On a side note, I was able to get a fun shot of my amazing husband...
Getting this shot. Yes, he's pretty awesome when it comes to taking great pictures on his iPhone.
Thanks to all of the amazing people who came down to the beach tonight!
