Last Sunday, I spent the afternoon at Enchanted Gardens' Fall Festival in Speonk. The owner had asked if I would be willing to come and capture family shots and of course I was happy too. I met quite a few wonderful people and had a great time taking lots of pictures. One of the highlights of my afternoon was when these two beautiful kids showed up.
I have known these darling siblings for quite a few years now. They are both so sweet and I absolutely love them. When their wonderful Mom brought them down, we took a few minutes to get some fun shots. We grabbed one by the pumpkins but then got creative.
Being a photographer, I'm always on the lookout to find good kid friendly places to shoot. It was pretty sunny on Sunday, so we searched around to find a non-sun area and found this fun bale of hay.
It was in the shade and was absolutely perfect.
I had a blast working with these amazing kids.
Besides their obvious adorableness, this sweet boy has an absolute heart of gold.
He is kind and it just makes me so happy to hang out with him.
And this sweet girl is fun loving and energetic.
She is in Ellee's kindergarten class this year, and we absolutely love her as well.
A huge thank you to these sweethearts and their amazing Mom for coming down to capture some fun fall memories.
I will be at Enchanted Gardens again this coming Sunday, from around 12:30pm-3:00pm. I had a great time working with some pretty amazing families last week. In addition to just a beautiful fall inspired garden center, there will also be a petting farm, pony rides, bounce houses and lots of delicious food to enjoy. If you are in need of some fresh family pictures come meet up with me on Sunday! There is a fee for the fair, but for this event, I do not charge a session fee to have your pictures taken (Within a few days, I will post a gallery of the images I capture and prints will be then be available for sale). I would love to meet up with you and it will be lots of fun for the entire family. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at: lauraherr8@gmail.com. Thanks so much and hope to see you Sunday!
