I would have posted these pictures last night, but it was a pretty busy, so today will do. Yesterday, as with all Wednesday afternoons, I spent a few hours with some of the most wonderful kids ever.
They are sweet and funny and they like to give themselves bunny ears.
They have beautiful hearts too.
We spent time talking about Jesus' birthday and we also played a few games.
The kids showed off their stealth skills in an intense game of Red Light Green Light (which was appropriate for the Christmas season based on the colors alone).
And then during activity time, the kids wrote about and drew pictures of what they would want to give Jesus for his birthday. If it were up to them, he would be getting quite a few iPads this year.
It was a fantastic afternoon.
I'm so thankful for all of the kids we get to see each week at Kids Club.
And I'm thankful for their wonderful parents who bring them each week. We are looking forward to celebrating Jesus' birthday next week at Kids Club and I hope we get to see lots of kids there.
