Memorial Day

First and foremost, I'm so very thankful to the men and women who have served our great nation in our military.  On this Memorial Day, I continue to pray for our country, as well as God's protection over our troops.

Today was good.  It started out with rain, but ended up beautifully.  Jeremy and I were blessed to have the day to ourselves, as our kids were invited over to play with friends.  So, we spent the day together, and it was a good one.  And then, our "Date Day" stretched into a "Date Night" when my amazing husband surprised me with these two gems for dinner tonight.  

I'll be honest, they were pretty awesome.
