Did you know that Eastport Elementary has a Bible Club that meets every Tuesday after school, from 3:30pm-4:30pm?
There are amazing kids that meet each week..
With equally amazing teachers who tell them that they are important and that God loves them.
Today marked the last Bible Club meeting of the year and it ended with a family picnic at our church.
The kids had a great time eating a delicious barbecue and playing games afterwards.
I'm so thankful to all of the amazing leaders that ran this program this past year. Investing in the lives of children is a huge responsibility and an equally huge blessing.
Christian learned so much from Bible Club this year. Each week, he would come home and retell the stories that he had heard. He was also a big fan of the snack that they had each week.
I'm so excited to know that next fall, when Ellee starts kindergarten, she will also get to attend the Bible Club with her big brother.
A huge, huge thank you to the amazing leaders that ran the Bible Club this year! So many kids enjoyed the program and will look forward to participating again in it next fall.
