This weekend I stopped in to check out a Pilates class at To the Core Pilates.
This amazing woman was leading the class. Her name is Deb and as I've written before, she is just so friendly and kind and incredibly talented when it comes to fitness.
It was pretty inspiring watching the women who were participating in the class.
Pilates is a great workout that helps to increase flexibility and fitness levels. It strengthens your core and helps you to align and define.
Breathing and stretching are key parts of Pilates.
Pilates has something for everyone, no matter what your fitness level is.
The hour was filled with all kinds of different exercises.
And everyone seemed to get a great workout in.

You will learn and grow and have an amazing time working out.
And you'll feel better. Because that is one of the huge benefits of fitness.
There are a variety of morning classes that are offered, and night classes are being added as well.
